Processing - Please allow a production time of 3-7 days for some prints. Every order is handled and packed by hand which takes a little more time than amazon. Loads of care and attention goes into each piece.

Shipping - Shipping rates vary. If you have any questions or concerns that your order will need to arrive sooner, feel free to message me and I will do my best to get your order to you in time!

Returns - on the occasion that your order does not fulfill your wants, returns can be made within one week of the product being shipped at the expense of the customer. Upon receiving your order, I will refund the cost of the item(s).

Damages - I take great care in packaging your paintings to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All paintings are shipped in "no bend" mailers. However, if the package is damaged or bent during transit, please contact me with photos of the packaging and the painting so I can file a claim. 

Shipping issues - as long as the mailing address is correct, all shipping concerns regarding lost mail, contacting mail couriers, or tracking is the responsibility of the customer.
